Gay pop duet for Aurora Dinner

Author // Ron Hughes Categories // News + Politics | New South Wales

Well-known Sydney gay performers Brendan Maclean and Nathan Hudson, in collaboration with producer Paulmac (pictured), will debut a gay pop duet at the Aurora Group's Annual Dinner.

"The song 'Frequently Asked Questions' is possibly the world's first gay pop duet," songwriter and producer Paulmac says.

"It's fun and we've had a lot of fun putting this number together especially for the Aurora event."

Brendan Maclean is widely known as a JJJ radio host, while Nathan Hudson fronts alternative rock band Faker.

Other performers on the night, which has a 'Titanic'-inspired theme, will include Rachel Beck, Trevor Ashley, Jeremy Brennan, Josh Quong Tart, organ virtuoso Cameron Carpenter, and comedian Tom Ballard.

The evening will be MC'd by TV personality Brendan Moar and comedienne Lesley Hancock.

The Aurora Group's Annual Dinner will be held on Saturday June 23 at the Sydney Town Hall.
