After collaborating with some of this country’s leading talents like Katie Noonan and didgeridoo player William Barton, and touring as far abroad as Canada, Singapore, China and the Philippines, rising stars of Australian chamber music, the Sydney-based Orava String Quartet, will take to the stage in their home town to perform a mix of the old and the new, with Mendelssohn’s String Quartet no 2 and Australian composer Paul Halley’s ‘Winter’ quartet, ‘Angel’ and ‘The Hand Of Fate’.
